This isn't just theory. This is actionable, step-by-step coaching designed for your ADHD brain. Over three months, we'll build a time management system that actually works for you, incorporating consistent accountability to keep you on track.
Month 1 - Calendar Mastery, Your Way / Prioritize What Matters
First up, you'll pick how you will do your calendar. Digital? Physical? We'll go through options, make a choice, and start putting it to work.
How to prioritize? The question of the ages. Options abound. Same as the calendar, you'll get options and make a choice. I'll help you stick to that choice.
Month 2 - Weekly Planning for Your Brain and Bridging Goals to Daily Action
Next comes the zoom out on the week. Do you know how to properly plan your week? Let's figure out your way to do it.
Then we'll zoom out even farther and look at your bigger goals/dreams. We will break them down, together, and create concreate manageable steps that you can put to work right away...meaning they go in your daily plan.
Month 3 - Overcoming Roadblocks, Stick Habits, and Solidifying Your System
Oh, you thought everything goes perfectly from the start? There's a 0.005% chance of that happening. We will focus on those hurdles and hop over them one by one.
We'll fine tune your entire personal system based on your progress. You'll leave with clear, tangible goals and a roadmap for continued success, as well as how to troubleshoot when the perfectly plan goes off the rails.
