I've been where you are. Diagnosed as an adult, (ADHD and Depression)I've lived through the overwhelm, frustration, and self-doubt that so often comes with ADHD.

    We meet twice a month on zoom at an appointment time that you book in advance.  We will go over the current ADHD issues you are facing and the strategies you are trying. You will get educated on new approaches, alternate perspectives, and make a commitment heading into the following weeks. Easy! 

  • Externalized Accountability

    Part of working with me is that I am with you every step of the way. This means daily accountability if you choose it. During our appointment we will agree on an accountability structure that works best for you. I am available via text/email at no additional cost to share in your victories and offer support as needed.

What happens when I book the FREE 30 minute call? 

The 30 minutes belongs to you, so let's discuss your hurdles and see what kind of solutions might work for you.  

 

Additionally, this is a great opportunity for us to see if we "gel" and if working together makes sense to us. 

How long do I need coaching?

My philosophy is that coaching is meant to be a temporary skill building relationship. I want you in and out of the nest as soon as possible. 

 

Realistically, making positive and lasting change in managing your ADHD life takes some time. I highly recommend dedicating at least 3 months to the process.

 

This will give us time to work through ups and downs and give you the necessary externalized accountability to make these changes stick. 

Is there homework between sessions?

Do we have to call it homework? Let's say that there will be opportunities for you to successfully implement the tools and strategies that we discuss on our calls. And those opportunities just happen to be what I hold you accountable to.  But that's what you are paying me for, right?

 

The work between sessions will be easy. You are going to be amazed at how much you are going to accomplish by doing very little. 

How is this different than therapy? 

I am not a licensed therapist, that's how it's different.

 

There are certain lanes that I will not travel. I will absolutely share my own struggles if our session warrants it, and I will share the skills that I have used and/or continue to use that help me in those areas. This is where I diverge from both therapy and coaching...I am a big brother, and as such I will use my personal failures/ successes as lessons and options. 

 

I  will not, however, offer any diagnostic opinions. I will not be able to tell you if you have ADHD, or any other mental health struggle. 

 

You don't have to worry about what we can and cannot talk about in our sessions. You can ask me anything you want, and I will absolutely let you know when we touch upon areas outside of my scope.
